Katherin has over twenty years of experience in the foreign language teaching field. With a Bachelor's degree in Spanish and a Master of Education, Katherin is steeped in the all things educational. She has taught all age and skill levels of Spanish and is currently teaching Spanish in the elementary and middle school. She has extensive experience in developing curricula for foreign language classes. She has been published in a foreign language journal and has conducted teacher training for elementary foreign language programs.

Katherin also taught two, three and four year old children as part of a preschool program. As part of this program, she developed and implemented age appropriate activities for each age group. Katherin also has an interest in history. She is particularly interested in her local history and has been published in historical newsletters focusing on the history of Milledgeville, Georgia and its inhabitants. In her spare time she loves reading, writing and scrapbooking.
